I placed an order for laminate on Aug 16. I was in contact with and informed by telephone on 18 Aug whether it is available at all (from the collection) to which the answer was no. There has been a promise to return the money immediately On 20 Aug I emailed the question when I can expect my refund, unfortunately I did not receive a response On 25 Aug we called again with Eurolaminate. The employee said he found it annoying and went to fix it. Called again on 1 Sep, employee indicated that he knew what I was calling for and promised to fix it myself immediately. Called September 3 but unfortunately had no contact. At the time of writing and still have not received a refund and can whistle to my 300 euros. Once they have your money you no longer exist. * update 14-9 * The money has been refunded, unfortunately an excuse could not be given.

Looks like a budget store, but the prices are disappointing.

Very nice shop. Staff who work there understand it. Nice shop for your laminate and carpet. Lots of choice

No, this company doesn't quite understand it. If you eventually want to spend your money on exactly the same floor but with friendly service and where they come from behind their counter and service what you can expect, you better go to the Rijswijk flooring house because this party also accepts small orders where they are too arrogant for Eurolaminate.
