Toychamp Zoeterwoude, stock store is not in line with the internet and this concerns several articles that are indicated online as “in stock”. Online ordering is fine, but with 2 articles only one can be delivered at home and the other article must be picked up in the store.
Collection of already paid items is done by connecting to the cash register and no collection corner due to Corona! Wrapping the gifts for the holidays is not done, as an argument the Corona is indicated.
A little more customer-friendliness would not be out of place for the store!
Lots of choice, but little service. Packing yourself is not possible and it is also not an option to have it done.
A lot of toy (board) games for young and old!
Superb shop! What a choice! Educational toys abound! Well organized. Spacious shop.
Free parking.
