I cant put into words how pleased I am with this company. Even though it is clearly stated in their web site that they dont do returns unless there is a damage with the product, they said its ok to return my bracelet (I took the engraved rings off from it before returning) when i told them that size was no match. They are pretty responsive and the reply time for the email is usually one to two days. I returned the bracelet and they informed me that they received it and will send the new one to me shortly. I'm now waiting for it to arrive. So 5 stars to the products and the customer support.

Necklace ordered on 08/02 was going to arrive on 11/02 (had still not arrived before valentine). We are already 14/02 have already bought something else.
Never again with kaya jewelry. Unprofessional.
Ordered a bangle but the engraving work was sloppy. After my complaint I received a new bangle. In the second one I received the text could not be read and the symbol was skewed on it. Then I got a new bangle for the third time and when I received it there was a spelling error in the text. I'll order somewhere else ... Not recommended !!
