I bought a watch and a beautiful gold medaillon at van Gerner Juweliers, both to a very fair price and in excellent condition! The service was both times very helpful and courteous and Mr. van Gerner even offered to put the pictures into the medaillon by himself, I highly recommend their service!

Wonderful little jewellery store with a great selection of engagement rings. I went to many other stores but did nowhere get comparable advice and treatment. Very personal and very warm staff which also incorporated all necessary amendments after my fiancée said yes! Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the service, quality and workmanship. We were looking for a specific necklace as a gift, but couldn't find it anywhere. Together with the jeweler we designed this necklace and the result was exactly what we wanted! Even made within 2 days, so it was in time for the birthday and we could give the present right away.

Very disappointing experience with Rob van Gerner. A passive aggressive man who doesn't want to recognize his mistakes. I am very sad with the result. Not customer friendly and not willing to help at all. Don't bring your valuable ornaments here for repair.

Visited to have our engagement ring custom made. Several jewelers and goldsmiths had indicated that they could not do this, but Van Gerner succeeded within a day! Had indicated that it could take up to a week, but the same afternoon we were called to pick up the ring. Perfect result and very good service! If we need something again, we will definitely come back.
