The Bucket Leiden

Ordered two chicken burger menus and an ice cream banana. Because my order was €25 I was suppose to get 2x 5 free onion rings. Unfortunately I didn’t get those. They also left out cheese on my burger. Also got the wrong ice cream flavours. on top of all of that the burger was so though that I had to throw it away. The only thing I liked were the fries. Really bad experiece! Never again for me!! Edit: They just called me and came up with a appropriate solution. Great customer service. Edit: So today I ordered again and this time the food was very good! Loved the boneless chicken and the fries were amazing. Thank you so much.

BBQ sauce could use a lot of work, but the chicken and fries, my god.. Really the best ones I've had in a long time and definitely in the Netherlands.

Best Frites in the country. Admittedly I didn’t try them all, but for me as a German the meal here was really really delicious.

This place is my guilty pleasure. The chicken and snacks here are great. They are always exploring different recipes. I order from here quite often and love the consistency and quality.
