I bought a Skoda Octavia here almost 7 years ago. I have chosen to always have the car serviced here. I can only say that this is excellent. From the beginning (making an appointment) to the end (discussing the turn / repair performed) everything is very well arranged. Clear communication, possibility of pick-up and delivery service and excellent work done. Because the car has always been maintained here, I can use Skoda Mobility Service for free. Thankfully made use of it twice: once a flat tire and recently a problem with the timing belt. Never had any other problems with the car With over 200,000 km on the clock, I am still a very satisfied customer, happy with my Skoda and the service from Broekhuis!

As a big Skoda enthusiast, I have been visiting Broekhuis Alkmaar for a while. I started with a fabia, but I have been driving a Superb for a year and a half to great satisfaction. The people at Broekhuis are very friendly and they like to think along with you. I always love to get there. They are also honest and transparent and you always know where you stand. Great service at Broekhuis. The repair took longer than expected, we could exchange the beautiful bicycle for a borrowed car. Extra service such as update of navigation system and cleaning of windows and doors of the car. Very friendly and convenient communication via Whatsapp. In which Rianne kept me informed of the planned repairs and costs. I highly recommend! Satisfied customer.
