Bullshit service and unfriendly personal!

I would like to respond to the negative news. I think that BCS has done its utmost to provide the women with sports in the neighborhood. We all know how difficult this target group can be: defaulters, verbally brutal etc. Freddy has had a lot of patience against certain women / girls who are very rude. I was also ashamed of how they started talking / gossiping. I also found the supervisor (Anissa) rude to Freddy and often she started to show people to show brutal behavior against him. Well ladies thanks, BCS is now closed by you.

Unfriendly staff especially Freddy. Who the hell made him a manager? When you talk to him you always get the idea that you are talking to the walls. You will hear the same thing every time. I myself have come up with numerous complaints myself and together with other ladies. Unfortunately no mini change has taken place. When it comes to the emails phones, he never bothered. If a staff is ill so that no lessons can be given, you will only see this when you come across the door. Calling or emailing to pass on the uberhoubt oh no he never does he apparently gets wrinkles and it costs money anyway. Freddy is such a mean person the moment you know him you only have stress on your mind. So folks please if you don't want stress / headaches please don't sign up.

First, WHAT A BAD MANAGER named Freddy. I think it's strange that he is the manager of the BCS Health center !! The moment you talk to him it seems like he doesn't understand you and he walks away. Super cheeky especially when you have to introduce the manager. A manager should absolutely not behave like that. I have passed on several complaints to him but unfortunately I and the other members don't see any change at all. Never available by phone and e-mails are never read.
