First I came to Galid with strong pain in my shoulder after a skiing accident. After a couple of sessions and his advice on exercising at home the pain is completely gone. For my lower back pain it was the same story two sessions and it is gone. I can really recommend you to visit this practice, if you want to avoid medication and get fast pain relief.

I've had two physio sessions at El Ouali for a rotator cuff injury from powerlifting. Each time I've undergone shockwave therapy on my back, and been given a deep tissue massage in the area that I've been experiencing pain. I've also been provided advice on how to continue training in the gym without causing further injury. Since treatment my pain has been minimal and I'm able to lift again without issue. Would highly recommend El Ouali to anyone who's looking for a more hands on approach to physiotherapy!

Came there with the horrible back pain. 4 sessions and the pain disappeared! The clinic itself is really clean and modern, all the machines are new. Guys are professionals and pay attention to your problem, asking questions and trying to help as much as they can! Wanna thank u so much for your help!

I am actually someone who does not often leave a review but I really had to write this one. The help from the intake interview to the treatment of the complaints is superb. I was able to go there in the short term, especially in the beginning because of the carona I was afraid that I could only go once every few weeks, but fortunately I had a long opening time and I could always go quickly. I would like to thank Galid in particular. Really a person you are looking for when you want to be helped with your complaints. Finally someone who knows what he is doing and where you actually feel relief after every session. Always a smile. Knows where to find every muscle / tendon that hurts and tries to remedy this by using various means at his disposal. Also includes exercises that you can use at home when the pain arises or simply exercises that strengthen the muscles that cause pain. I will definitely recommend you to all family and friends when seeking a physiotherapist. I have been there myself on the advice of a friend and never again for me.
