I had a very very good experience with MeiMei. During our sessions, she was very attentive, listened to me and really helped - eventually we discovered what the issue was with my lower back, which really improved with the exercises she recommended. She was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed our chats - she listened to me as a person and not just a client.
Update: 2 months after - I had issues with my knee and had to go back, my experience with MeiMei remained super!
I have enjoyed Meimei's good advice and the supportive relationship she was able to put in place.
Went to exercise therapist Yau for shoulder complaints. She listens carefully to your complaints, provides easy and effective exercises and is - not entirely unimportant - also very pleasant!
Because of a hernia in my lower back, I could no longer stand and walk, only sit. I was desperate. But thanks to the many video conversations, targeted exercises and the solid advice from Yau Exercise Therapist, I am completely old again. Meimei, thank you very much!
I have been well helped with my shoulder treatment. The pain passed quickly and the treatment was good. Helpful and nice, got mega good tips and exercises to do at home.
