I have been to Fysiopunt twice. At the 'intake and screening' I was outside again within 20 minutes and had to recover from the feeling 'how can you treat me if you do not ask (and keep asking) and see what is going on'? There was no extra attention or time with the patient for 'intake and screening' while this was charged afterwards. I also missed better communication and more explanation about what the diagnosis was and what treatment will be.
