Communication is very bad. Admitting about errors is hard to find. A lot of mistakes are made and with those mistakes the assistant shoots up instead of giving in. A communication training is in the right place with the assistants. I have entered the wrong lab. I started pricking for pregnancy and it turned out that she had ticked the wrong one.
