Hoender en Hop

One of the best pubs in Grote Markt. It has the best food offer in the entire area, worth a visit when you want to drink and have also some food. Great team also!

Yesterday I went there with friends. The order of the drinks came almost half an hour after we ordered drinks and food and they forgot my beer. I asked about my beer and didnt came. I asked again (3rd time) and when it came it was half of a pint (wasn't that on the menu) it really felt like a joke. After more than one hour and 2 times more asking for the food it came my burger without the fries. I had to ask again for my fries. No forks or knife or napkin in the table. Really everything felt like a joke. They said they were busy but honestly being busy doesn't make it an excuse for the terrible service. Asking 3 times for the beer and 2 more times for the food and then they forgot the fries on the side. But hey, you have to pay the full price of them to being unprofessional.

Fine pub. They just forgot part of our order. No biggie.

amazing pancakes! and the staff is so friendly and super funny, loved it there! (they also got vegan milk alternatives)
