Not good for the expats

Had a very pleasant tour in August 2020 for a place for our child from June 2021. On the basis of the tour also registered immediately. Unfortunately, the contact afterwards leaves much to be desired. Your registration is completely neglected and you will not hear anything at all. We have called several times to ask if the planning has already been completed, but to no avail. No clarity or perspective is given that makes you feel left to your own devices. Only in week 37 of my pregnancy (February 2021), after calling again, did we receive an email that there was no place for us. WHAT is it so complicated to let you know before? As a future parent, you are 'forced' to enroll in the very early period of your pregnancy due to the scarcity, and then they let you down. No form of communication from DAK as a result. Very annoying, I understand that reception places are scarce and there are 10 others in line for us, but just pass on that clarity in time and also think of your future customer (even if it doesn't work). There is really no empathy in this process, as a future parent there is already enough coming your way and this is something you just want to get organized.

The teachers are nice to my child and she is happy at the daycare. I am very satisfied with this location. They also offer sufficient and varied activities for the children.

My children have been at 2 locations (acacia street and coconut street), both well cared for. Dear teachers and fun activities. I am very satisfied. Senior now also goes to the BSO.

What a great childcare organization. My questions regarding placement were adequately responded to. After the tour I was called back within a few days! Professional, sweet pedagogical staff work at the daycare where our son is. We are happy parents, very happy with the choice that we have chosen for this organization👍
