Was pleasant shopping, nice weather quiet due to Corona restrictions! Nice shoes fit nice saleswoman!

This review is not about the brand, that's fine, but about the store. Last Sunday I walked in with my wife, especially because of the brand. There were no other customers and the ladies who worked there were busier with each other than with us as a client. We packed our own shoes to fit and no response from the ladies. You would rather expect such self-service at a store like Bristol. Also at the departure you had to make real eye contact to get a "good afternoon" off. When I compare this with a store like Manfield, I am always helped well and thoughtfully. I have those experiences at Manfield stores in Leiden, Rotterdam and The Hague. Manfield apparently has that under better control. Very unfortunate this experience, because we had come to The Hague especially for this. Given the higher segment where this store is located, I unfortunately cannot rate the service very highly.

Been 2 weeks ago for a nice couple of ballerinas. There were no customers in the store, but the ladies who were working did not have time to help me. Almost no good afternoon and could 2x ask if I could be helped. Shoes were not good with me, unfortunately. But the staff also did not come up with alternatives. Then not. Could just get a doeg from. I think Fred is a great beautiful brand, but I think so late with such staff. Go somewhere else.
