Manus Skateshop

I've had the exact same terrible experience as the other 1-star review: I ordered a crewneck sweater last week, and waited for 6 business days. I started getting worried because almost all online stores ship out items the day after an order is placed - 6 days seemed rather excessive. I tried getting in touch with them through phone or email, but after not receiving a response I was forced to escalate this with PayPal. Clearly, the webshop is a scam.

Terrible experience with the online shop. I ordered from within Europe, which according to the website, should've taken 18 workdays for the delivery. It didn't come within 18 days of me paying the money so I tried to contact them. They didn't answer their phone nor their email in the 5 days that I tried to contact them. They finally responded on Instagram, and after saying they understand that I paid the money, they told me that they will "check the availability" of the t-shirt before disappearing for another 14 days (as of now) with no response. Regardless of the fact that covid-19 may slow down delivery times, there is no excuse for this late of a response and basically ignoring their customers who ALREADY PAID THE MONEY. The online shop is an absolute scam. I attached some pictures that show how slow their response was.
