Selfish Official

I have not had good experiences with Selfish Official. They sell pretty nice shoes, but the service is howling. Unfortunately I found out after wearing it once that there was a small damage on one of the buttons on the shoe. I returned these shoes, but they were not accepted. I had to pay shipping costs again (€ 6.48) to receive these back, otherwise I would have lost them (even though I had already paid them). I also paid € 6.48 for sending the shoes. They don't respond about the mail or just very bluntly. The shoes already arrived in broken boxes, which I find very messy. Then it is of course not surprising that it does not really matter. I will never order here again.

My return procedure was conducted properly, customer service as well as tidy 5 star for selfish official :)

Had some questions but got a quick answer. Nice delivery and shoes that run nicely! Very happy, will definitely order again and again :)
