Very satisfied with my lamp set and the nice and fast service of the Lamp factory. On delivery, 1 light rod turned out not to work. After contacting me I was immediately sent a new one. Communication via Facebook and Instagram is very fast and professional.

3xxl lamps ordered delivered on time. Helaas 1 lamp with a big crack in it. After 1 email the lamp factory already contacted me and they send a new lamp on! Great fast service and I definitely recommend this company to everyone !!!

De Lampjesfabriek has a nice website. All in all also neat products and super fast at home! Unfortunately, we received a defective lamp. Fortunately, the Lampjesfabriek, after some miscommunication, was prepared to take the defective lamp back and replace it for a properly working lamp. Thanks.
