Bought a winter coat of 123.17 from Smit in Maassluis on 22-11-2017. On 29-11-2017 I went back with the jacket because a stick on the sleeve came off. There I am asked if I have another jacket with me. so they could send my jacket that I came back to the manufacturer in Sweden. really eh, so I say, "then I will have it back when winter is over"? I tell the seller at Smit that I do not think this is a good plan, he says what would you have thought? to which I said what do you think of other jacket! No he says, No we don't because then you have a new jacket and we will get your old jacket back after repair and cannot sell it because it has been worn. I understand completely, I buy a jacket that already shows a state of decomposition with a week, then you go here with your customer correctly and you give a new jacket and you arrange it with your supplier. Do not put the problem with your customer and Smit has done that. So now what, I no longer buy anything from Smit what an incredible ball tent that is. Bag fillers first class 👎👎👎😂😂😂
