Excellent shoe store. Bought a lot of shoes at Nolten, usually The Hague, including Van Bommel, Greve and a lot of Timberland. Last week happened what has never happened to me: from a Timberland boat shoe the entire sole came loose to the heel. This shoe was used, but by no means completely scuffed. Immediately contacted Timberland who kindly spoke to me but did not want to help and the problem shifted to the shoe store where they had been bought, in this case Nolten. I find it strange that with a well-known brand like Timberland it is not possible to hand over the shoes to a Timberland store where the shoes are still repaired or repaired. Because your shoes will only have been bought abroad or in the Netherlands not in the place where you live. Bad service. But all praise for Nolten Delft. Here the shoe was professionally repaired without any hassle and at no cost. That's service. It is that my closet is already full of shoes, but still ... the next pair I buy here.
