'Dutch company with a Moroccan mentality.' Two weeks in advance, several times clearly indicated: sauna / spa including food (couscous). Once arrived (1 hour drive) you will be told that they have no food. Showing conversations via Whatsapp stating that we (5 women) did order this, and instead of an apology and / or compensation, we are just barked. Fortunately, there are plenty of other saunas that can keep an appointment. In short: La Sultana Spa & Beauty is a waste of your time, your money and absolutely not worth repeating.

The experience I had at La Sultana Spa & beauty was the best experience I have ever had at a spa. Upon arrival I was immediately welcomed with a warm heart and delicious Moroccan tea was poured. Then I was accompanied to the Spa where I was extremely pampered. I was completely relaxed afterwards. I would love to come back again :).

On Friday, February 28, I had a VIP package with my sister. For us it was also literally VIP because we were the only one at that time .. Only when we were almost finished with our treatments (after having spent 4 hours), other ladies came in. Dear owner, likes a chat, also explains well. Everything looked clean & new. When you enter you really look your eyes out, because it is so beautiful inside .. This is one of the most beautiful hammams of Hoogvliet / Rotterdam & surroundings. We also got towels to borrow, without any extra costs. Lunch was simple but tasty & unlimited fresh Moroccan mint tea, with cookies included .. We will definitely be back! Keep it up Mirjam, you are a real asset in Hoogvliet & surroundings !!!

First of all, the good points: treatments were good and the time was taken for us. The food was delicious. Then unfortunately the bad points: music was overwhelmingly loud, we had booked privately but because she was alone one had to wait very long, which became 1 hour sauna and 1.5 hour bubble bath. Then wait for the food which was there for 1 hour. She forgot to turn on the stove and it was soooo cold! It was said that we should only bring slippers but there appeared to be no towels. Finally got used hammam towels. We would be in from 1 to 5, but because everything was waiting so long, we didn't leave until 6:30. Conclusion ... a drama for a lot of money!
