Taxi booked at 2 am but did not show up! On the phone, the customer was referred to the competitor in a very unfriendly manner! We have also booked the taxi there! Wise lesson for the next time: no taxi service threat cities

Very bad service. On the Departure Day to Rotterdam Airport 15 minutes later than agreed. It was early in the morning, so mss problems getting up !! When picking up from Rotterdam Airport 50 minutes later than agreed. Excuse was "busy on the road" ??? If you run a taxi service, you check when someone leaves their destination, and then you see the arrival time, you anticipate your travel time (including delay) and your customer is satisfied. But after arriving 50 minutes late, you also see that there is another customer in taxi ????? I don't order a regular service, I order a taxi, just for myself, because I pay for it. We got a 10 euro discount just like that, wowwww, while the driver was still calling over the phone, if you don't want to wait any longer, take a taxi at our expense !! A: Take a taxi van at the Airport. B: I would have liked to see how I get my money back. !! All in all, a good lesson, we will never take this one again, and will certainly not recommend it to anyone.

Called late last Saturday evening for a ride from Alblasserdam to Ridderkerk. More than satisfied, driver drove very neat, clean and nice car and the moment of calling and picking up did not last too long. Next time I will choose this company again. Top!
