They are very unprofessional. After sending me an offer and I accepted the offer for laying a PVC floor all over my new house. I turned down other offers because their offer was cheaper (6800 while other offers were around 8000). They scheduled the measurements just before laying the floor, and after measuring they said we made a mistake in the original offer we sent and didn't include taxes and now the price is higher, not just that but they also added extra cost for equalizing and removing old layer of the old floor on top of the original cost in the original offer. The new offer was 9400! Not just higher than other offers I got but their unprofessionalism had me ended up in a situation were all other places are booked and I won't have a new floor before moving my stuff to the new house. I recommend not dealing with them and don't trust their words or offers even if they are official offers sent to your email.

Very problem solving and social minded help from Erik & team. Floorify tiles (click) is an amazingly gratifying product for DIY floor laying. Mind cutting in a very small half circle at 90 degree corners to easily breaK off pieces and prevent undesired shoot throughs ;) Made a mistake myself in ordering wrong family product. We were able to sort things out in a pleasurable and professional manner. Picked up the new pieces at LaminaatXXL to prevent extra transportation costs and pick up extra order of side strips at the same time. Floors look great! Thx Erik!

What a misery. This company is so unprofessional and unconcerned about the customer that I definitely wouldn't recommend it. From unclear e-mails to vague lists with price lists and incorrect invoices. They also continuously blame others and do not take their responsibility for anything. In short, I would never choose Laminate XXL again.

We have long hesitated about writing a review, but actually want to save people from what happened to us. The store staff and on the phone are absolutely customer focused and really take their time for you. So if you are looking for a floor, I can definitely recommend this company. However, if you want to have the floor installed, you will also have to deal with the owner. The owner is always right (or so he thinks). He always hides behind the conditions and tries to manipulate you in such a way that you think along with him. We regret having started working with this company. We wanted to cancel, but then had to pay the entire bill. We have a new-build house and had to have the floor laid first and then paint the wall. Unfortunately it was in his terms and conditions and we had nowhere to go. In the end, it is not at all in its terms and it even says that you fit the floor after doing the wall. Unfortunately, during our conversations I have caught him speaking to himself more often. We were at a point where we could not go back and therefore agreed. When measuring, he gave even more expensive advice for the floor. When the leveling was not done properly, she the owner, I cannot do anything about this, because I hire other people for this. When laying the floor there was a difference of 12mm on some pieces, where 5 may be the maximum difference. This could be measured by the skirting boards that they would also install. Even our seats are not straight because the floor is crooked. Again it is a new-build house, so this really only happened after laying the floor. We wanted the PVC tiles in the length of the house. That was done downstairs, but upstairs they lie without consulting in the width direction of the house. This too is refuted by the owner, because they know which is better. The shelves have made adjustments themselves without submitting this. I also had to wait a long time for the walk-in mat to be delivered. Erik couldn't do anything about that either, because he had to open a new building. So this too was up to someone else. Since the walk-in mat was installed, we have black spots all over the house, eventually these become vague green spots. We paid a lot of money for our floor (7.5k) for approximately 110m2, but we certainly do not have value for money. When I came to the owner with my complaints, the first thing he said was "what do you expect for such a price". He thus suggests to me that they do not expect to deliver top quality either. I would rather have heard this beforehand. Despite the fact that it is always someone else's fault, according to the owner, he is responsible and he takes it. They have not solved the stains and crooked floor, because according to the owner we have to learn to live with that. They have always come and have a look and have tried to repair as much of the damage as possible. We become very sad and have completely lost confidence. We are really surprised by the words of praise in the review, because we do not recognize ourselves in this. The most annoying thing I found was that the responsibility is not taken by the owner and that he is constantly putting the blame on others while I have hired him. In addition, we have a filthy crooked floor. We have only lived in this house since Christmas and the floor looks like 20 years old, with several pets (which we do not have). They did, however, seal the skirting boards so that you can no longer see that the floor is crooked. In retrospect I would rather have gone to another company. We had an offer made by a recognized company and these were only 300 euros more expensive. We would have liked to have done that. Laminate XXL has the right to repair it, but where should I leave all my things and where should I live while they are going to repair the floor. The damage of the floor is at least 10k. So if you are going to lay the floor yourself, walk in. If you want to have it installed, I would continue.

Very satisfied with the advice, the clear process and the final result. Skilled sellers in the store, lots of choice and a fair price. The survey service is also highly recommended because the construction drawing does not always correspond 100% to reality. After the purchase you will receive a lot of advice about what you can and should do to achieve the best result. Super clear and everything clear on paper to reread. Tip: read the advice carefully! We have emailed questions and were always answered within a few hours. Agreements are properly kept, a call is made regarding the starting time of leveling and laying and expert laying is done by experienced layers. In short: we are really very satisfied with LaminateXXL.
