Super service!!

First called today to ask if this store also has frames of a certain model, the friendly man on the line told me I was very welcome in the store. At the shop it was anything but welcome, the lady in the shop who sternly pointed us at a distance, we were 2 m away and we had a mouth mask on ourselves, but she did not !! we came with a total of 4 paintings for which we want a frame, the lady took a few but everything was too much trouble. When we asked to be able to remove the existing frame of a painting in order to properly assess a new frame. She walked around for a moment and took out 1 staple and stopped and she "no no I will not do all this" we told that it was fine and wanted to walk with the painting to the wall where the frames hung but no no that was all too tight !!! and in a very nasty tone everything was too much and nothing was possible. We packed everything and left the store and never come back ,, the tone was very rude and now I understand that shops are having a hard time ,,, these sellers are chasing people out of the store due to rude behavior .. "The tone to another customer when we left the store was also not normal, and we saw that this customer was also surprised about the treatment"
