Seats and Sofas Sliedrecht

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR SOFA IN YOUR BECAUSE THEY KEEP POSTPONING. Here is my history: I give a 1 because less is not possible. Worst service I ever received in my life!!! I bought a sofa of 1400eur. 2nd of September. And it's the 16th week I'm waiting for it. They told me from 8 to 12 weeks... in the week 12 they didn't know where my sofa was or when it will arrive. I need to keep calling all the time because they absolutely never call back. On the 16th of November they said 4 more weeks, I asked them 4th of December the exact delivery day, and they said one week more the new expecting date. And the only compensation they give is the shipping for free... I think with the price I paid the shipping should be already free... Last week we were again waiting for the call, that never arrives, so my boyfriend decided to call them (11th December) to know the exact day it will arrive, and they said that until 1ST OR 2ND WEEK OF JANUARY IT WON'T ARRIVE, but they will give us 2 sofas until we wait. Today (14th December) we received the 2 sofas: USED, BROKEN, DIRTY & WITH SMELL OF SMOKE. We of course call them back to ask what kind of joke is this, because it's rather better to sit in the floor. That we don't want that in our house. And their answer is '' We cannot do anything, tomorrow we will close the store until 19th of January, so we cannot help you until then''. 19th of January? Really? That's the 3 week of January. And one call befor they said that our sofa will be delivered 1st of 2nd week of January. Are they playing with us or what? PLEASE, DO NOT BUY STUFF IN THIS COMPANY!!! Finally, I wrote this same review in other site and their reply it's a sad copy-paste which means that they do not care at all: And in other review I wrote in other place they answer first one copy-paste message: Dear Andrea Perucho, We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with us. With kind regards, And in the next place: Please, do not call to the store write your history in this place and our customer service will help you. And I did it (2 times), and I am still waiting any reply....

They pretty much forced us into buying a couch which we cannot cancel without forfeiting 50% of what we paid. They also promised to deliver our couch within 4 days which has not happened . There was a special on the couch for 199 and we are now paying 360 for their mistakes. Would not recommend.

If I could, I would have entered 0 stars. Because of my upcoming delivery, we wanted a sofa that could also function as a bed in the living room. Then I wouldn't have to go up the stairs to our bedroom after delivery. Well completely fine, but during the maternity week we already noticed that my seating area was collapsing enormously. We only had the sofa for 2 to 3 months and I was certainly not that thick / heavy! My friend has also sunk several times through the foot end of the lounge area, where there was a single spring as support. We do not jump on the sofa, sit quietly, and have no children or pets to flog the sofa. So I think I can say that the quality is very low.
