What a terrible man. That man really doesn't get it. I think it's a shame for his colleague, because he is just helpful. Bought a product last Friday. On closer inspection went for a more expensive product (A brand). Decided to return the product. Sir was angry about that. He didn't understand why I bought it to return it a week later. He made no further point of it, said the seller. (?!) Well, you do. I don't think he understands how it works. His receipt literally says: "Buying without risk Not good? Money Back! Think it a shame of such a thing. Come more often. Have the knowledge, but being polite doesn't cost money, dear man.

Part needed and staff member neatly searched for me, ordered and called the next day that it was in. part fit exactly and machine runs again. Thank you very much for your cooperation perfect help :)

Regular customer for the vacuum cleaner bags for years (€ 8.99 per 4) This time, one of the vacuum cleaner bags was delivered without cardboard, making it unusable. The courtesy promotion that Mr. came up with was a discount of € 1 with the purchase of one new package or € 2 with two. I seemed to be in the bazaar! How about just replace defective items or give a discount pro rata (€ 2.25 on one package)? Pity
