Very bad service. Beautiful ring bought from Zinzi with a layer of gold on it. Within a maximum of 3 days, the gold had already worn off a bit. Went back on day 6 and the ring would be shipped. The mrs. behind the counter told me that this can happen, after all, it is only a thin layer of gold. (which was not mentioned during the sale of the ring). Of course I understand that a Zinzi ring cannot be compared to a ring of 300 euros, but less than a week is fast. A week later I got a call, I could get a new ring but I had to pay 15 euros myself, after all it was my own fault. Would like to help the stores, but this way you can order better online, the service is even better there. Never no more jeweler Alblas.

Bought our wedding rings here. Unfortunately they turned out to be way too big. Went back after our wedding to have the rings made smaller. This time my ring was too small. With a lot of pain and effort I got it on, only to never finish it again. When this turned out to be necessary some time later, the ring had to be sawn off my finger. A year later back to have the ring enlarged. They did this themselves, with the result that the ring became uneven, one side thicker than the other. The ring could no longer be restored to its original state. I was allowed to order a new one, but at my own expense. After picking up my new ring, it turned out that they had forgotten the engraving with my husband's name. I could go back again. The engraving is very carelessly placed there. Two letters are stuck together, making it look like a different name. I have mentioned this, but according to the owner this was normal. I gave up and took the ring with the name of another ... We are very disappointed with this store!

Friendly staff only quality of the battery in my watch is not too good, relatively quickly empty.
