Friendly staff, always willing to help

Nice library, helpful staff, just a pity that this library is not that extensive

Subscription is in my name; However, my pass was not in my possession for a few days. E.e.a. explained, but the employee initially refused to enter my pass number and to check his ID, while according to telephone customer service it is possible (once only) to borrow books in this way .... Only after much insistence did Mrs. Mocking start tackling.

Lots of noise from children playing. No electricity at the study places. Saying they don't want to change this either.

Something went wrong again. Last week extended, now reminder for late. Have to reimburse several books. While you go to the counter, it turns out that the system has not registered books as returned that you put in half an hour earlier. Staff is very friendly but the computer system is bad.
