Accidentally 1 tile was delivered too little, but Soeterbroek refused to deliver the tile. I had to come get the tile, but I had paid for the transportation costs. His proposal was to deduct the tile from the bill, I did that and then I get a collection bill. DO NOT BUY HERE! Complaints are not taken seriously and Mister started calling names on the phone

Tiles are delivered crooked and crooked, if you call about this you will be treated rude on the phone. Mr. Soesterbroek does not think how can I solve this with the CUSTOMER, but how can I get rid of this customer as quickly as possible. On delivery I received black retaining straps while I ordered gray. Mr. Soesterbroek was to remove the curbs from the invoice. The gentleman refused to deliver the restraints again, while this was a mistake by Mr. Soesterbroek. Complaints are not taken seriously at all. On the website of mr. Soesterbroek is also nowhere to be found an email. Anno 2020 and no email on the website. I now understand why Mr. Soesterbroek does not mention any email and as few contact details as possible on its website. Mr. Soesterbroek will work with a collection agency if you ask for a solution for the crooked and crooked tiles. Even on Mr. Soesterbroek removed his request for the wrong retaining straps from the invoice, and he still continued to order the collection agency to also charge me for the wrong retaining straps, while the driver immediately took the retaining straps back with him upon delivery. I advise you DO NOT BUY HERE, just had misery. And so read on Google not the only one.
