Wear new shoes after 2nd time (Visits only) there is a crack in it the leather. Went back to the store but was turned away by his own fault not blame the leather. Shoe will have hit something. But come on shoes of almost 150 euros could have something. Bad service in case of complaint.

Reasonable service, may be helped a little more personally. (on Black Friday ~ read Saturday ~ only one saleswoman in the store)

For 13 years every year bought 2 pairs, always good work shoes for the hospitality industry and anti-slip !!! However, the last time these shoes with the same sole were out of stock and another pair was touted and assured me that they were also anti slip. I assumed the expertise of the saleswoman but the opposite turned out to be true !! Was not to do, tried 3 days but absolutely not like the previous ones were always !! Reported in the store, but was turned away with "it is so". Practice is really different .... too bad !! There is now a new pair for nothing in the closet, service was dirty against me from the saleswoman, which I also not warmly liked. Not thought of ecco ....
