Usually always like to buy presents here, but today I was approached in a nasty way about the new house rules. I understand that it is all annoying, but the employee could have told it nicely. Later today a friend of mine had also entered and was addressed in the same unkind way. Sometimes you don't realize that you haven't packed a basket or you forget to read the house rules, we can all make a mistake. Regardless of the situation, we have to be nice to each other.

We are always well served here and they are very customer friendly. They help you when necessary and value you as a customer. They are also very friendly and fun towards the children. Today also received nice books as a gift! Shopping here is just that little bit extra in every way!
