Very nice shop, with a nice collection and great employees, who really help you! I come there for all 3 of my sons!

Both ladies very (child) friendly, good view of the child's foot and walking. We will definitely come back here!

For several years now, I bought shoes every season for about € 200 for my children. Always kindly helped by the staff. And walked out of the store with a happy daughter in particular because she finally had something to choose with her narrow foot. Now I had a complaint / comment for the first time. I was well informed by email. A good solution was found. Until we got back to the store ..... we were initially well helped by an employee. But when we told our story about our complaint, we were abruptly interrupted by the owner of the store and we were called a liar. Because, according to her, nothing made sense of our story. I was completely flabbergasted, but still friendly. (the upside-down world) And so things went from bad to worse until she even said that next time we will no longer be welcome in the store. And to this day I still don't understand why this lady had so much anger in her, while we as a customer always tried to communicate calmly. I even noticed that the employee who helped us was quite uncomfortable with it. In fact, it was so bad that once we were outside my daughter of almost 7 years old said: "Mommy I think we better go to another shoe store next time" In the evening I emailed that I was really amazed at what happened, but of course I did not receive an answer. But as I have read here before, the handling of complaints is not going very well. And there is still a considerable profit to be made. It is that I had to give a star .....
