What a disappointment. We had booked the Luxury Loft. The sauna is not suitable for people over 190cm, you cannot lie down and you can expect that from a Wellness ... But also 2 smaller people cannot lie together, because the legs then cross each other. The shower is also low, you (as a tall person) stand with your head against the shower. The television was a drama, the connection kept dropping. Since the music runs through the television, it was far from pleasant. To make matters worse, the Turkish bath was broken. There is nothing we can do about that, and we received a very decent compensation, but we would rather have been called in advance, so that we would have had the choice to go. Hygiene was otherwise good. The jacuzzi was lovely, but a lot of chlorine, so you get stinging eyes.

Despite the fact that this sauna is very beautiful and has good facilities, we will never come back here. We have often visited different private saunas, but we have never experienced this before ... the jacuzzi contains so much chlorine that the whole room smells of chlorine / chlorine smoke. After 10 minutes already suffered from stinging eyes and eventually we were even forced to leave an hour earlier due to enormous breathing problems and coughing complaints. Very Disappointing. Afterwards I also made my complaint known by e-mail, never had a response. Bad

Very moderate. We were told on arrival that the jacuzzi was broken. Too much light, no sauna smell to relax, WiFi kept disappearing so we had no music, sauna not suitable for people above 1.90 m. You cannot lie in it. To top it all off, there were no staff around when our time was up. We were not told this. You are surprised when suddenly the doors are locked and you have to get out through a side door. In fact, it is actually a shame that there was no one left. Imagine if something happened. Nobody can help you then. All in all, no repeat here for us.

I booked a few hours for my girlfriend's birthday. We didn't want to leave it, it was so nice. It is beautiful, clean and everything worked perfectly! We had delicious fresh fruit, fine mint tea and the mini-bar even for free. The birthday decorations were really beautifully done. It was a day to remember and I recommend this to everyone! Really recommend! 🥰

Been today for the first time but really worth repeating, nice and clean and all together in 1 room. After the friendly welcome with explanation it is 2.5 hours of enjoyment so see you again soon .....
