I've been coming here for over 10 years. ZEN has demonstrably contributed to making life easier for me. Due to my many back problems, this is not always possible, but with ZEN it is ensured that, at least my muscles, fully relax again. I go every month, with demonstrable results every time. I therefore recommend it to everyone, for both relaxation and loosening the body.

Trust me ... If you have a problem area in your back or shoulders, Fa will definitely find them !!! She is very practical, reassuring and to the (sore) point. Even if you only go for a soothing massage, she is really recommended. She also works with hot & cold stones.
