The staff of this company is far from being educated in a civilized way. Their truck blocks entire roads for an extended period of time (30+ minutes) without a decent alternative to reach backward destination. In addition, no excuses are made for the situation, there is a selfish response and then you are outright ignored when asked when they expect to be ready.
