Fine treatment at the desk. Beautiful new building where I think everything is nicely dry and our stuff is not affected by mold. Downside that we could not drive in with a small 20 Kuper truck with a height of 3:20 meters and had to carry the whole household goods from the outside. In addition, the moving carts that are there are too high to transport high items. We first had to lift a box from the truck and put it on the cart at the lift, pick it up in the lift, then remove it from the lift and put it back on the cart. We also could not place some things properly in our rented space because there is a pillar at the front so that we could not use the entire space properly. We were able to load everything easily in a 20 kuup truck, but hardly got it in our 21 kuup rented space .. Hoping to have contributed to this to be able to deliver even more quality. In my opinion, quality and service orientation is more than in order at the Ridderkerk location. Friendly staff, clean and orderly space and a pro active manager. Well arranged Jeffrey, top👍🏾
