I’ll keep it short. Cozy. Discreet... only 10 tables. Corona friendly. Excellent and attentive service. Simple menu that covered all choice u may have. Devils prawns are beyond words. Fair prices. Aanraader!!

Really disappointed I didn’t discover this gem of a restaurant until the end of my stay in beautiful Alkmaar. As a solo traveller, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel very much at home. Delicious food well paced, and a cosy atmosphere complete the picture. It was recommended to me by a local whom I’d been chatting with (always a good indication), and I was not disappointed. Thank you for a lovely evening, and hope to see you again 🤓

Food is pretty good. I’m a vegetarian myself and they have enough to choose for me and my family. The problem is that it takes really long, for 3 dishes it takes around 3 hours. Service has to be improved a lot
