Beautiful nature reserve, wearing high boots can be quite soggy!

I prefer to go there when the tide is high. The dog can then swim nicely. Ahead you can enter the dunes. The dog is allowed on a leash. It is very quiet.

Beautiful walking area

Unique nature reserve. The only thing in NL that lies outside the dikes and all vegetation is saltwater resistant. Runs regularly under water with the combination of spring tide and strong northwest wind. Many hiking and biking trails, very wide beaches with very busy and very quiet areas.
