This is a nicely laid out, clean store with helpful employees. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The good things about Albert Heijn are all good here, too: freshly baked bread and pastries, fresh orange juice, etc. The problem is that the range of food is just the same as the smaller ones, only with more of it on the shelves. And 90% of the products are rarely bought - if you watch people, they all buy the same things and avoid the same things. This results from their unimaginative product ranges. Put side by side with Sainsburys, there's just no comparison.

Nice decor but dreadfully uninspiring and limited food selection. This is probably the best supermarket in the Netherlands, so it's more of an indictment of the country than the store. Has maybe less than a third of the selection of a good Tesco store and it's the bad third.
