Super nice ppl and amazing food!

We wanted to end our week in Zeeland with a delicious dinner. Due to the current situation, all catering establishments are closed and I went looking for a good fish restaurant. My eye fell on Hameeteman because of the good reviews. During our visit to Ouddorp, I went to the restaurant with a somewhat special request: I wanted a little bit of everything. The cook and owner came up with some suggestions and I indicated what I wanted. It became a very generous cold fish dish with eel, tuna, lobster and shrimp. We also had lobster soup. As main course we had Brill, Cod and sea bass. It was served with potatoes, carrots and samphire. Dessert was the white chocolate parfait with fruit. Believe me, everything was so delicious, I've rarely eaten so well. Everything was also exactly as agreed and very well packed. The main course could go into the oven in the trays at 100-120 degrees to keep it warm so that we could spend the whole evening enjoying the food. All details had been thought of. Very big compliments to the restaurant. Even in times of Corona you can enjoy delicious food at restaurant level, but at home. (Ps, the bowl of cold fish was really beautiful when picked up, unfortunately I had to brake unnecessarily for a flash ..)

Customer-friendly, to-the-point, open kitchen, delicious food of high quality and an appropriate price. This is a seafood restaurant that I would recommend to everyone. Anecdote: At the initial reservation I had indicated that my grandmother and I came from one household, while this was clearly not the case. Instead of just taking this for the turnover, this was immediately noticed and a 1.5m table was set up. I was quite ashamed of my lax attitude. This is because fines can simply be written for the restaurant. Corrected in a fair way and they fixed it right for us. Another lesson in integrity. The owner is honest and straightforward. I would love to come back
