After we rented a new camper from you to your satisfaction last year, we did that again this year. We would be leaving this for a few weeks in May. But due to the current situation I had canceled the rent by email. We were personally approached by an employee if we did not want to book the holiday for free to a later period. This also saved us cancellation costs. Congratulations to these people who think along with you and approach the customer personally to find a good solution. We are now enjoying the camper in the autumn. I would like to compliment you on how you can handle this, thank you.

At the end of 2019 I had contact with this organization for the first time about booking a camper for 2020. The contacts were very pleasant. Friendly, smooth, professional and knowledgeable. Because of the Corona problems our holiday was compromised. The way in which this has been solved by Recreatiestalling Numansdorp deserves a great compliment. Thank you for this.
