Happy Camp

This is about a review about the Happy camp mobile home at the San Vito campsite in Italy. The location of this mobile home was too outrageous for words. The next mobile home was already about a meter from our terrace. And at our back neighbors we could turn the meat on their BBQ from our window. Of course we said something about this, but the only thing they could offer us was an equally bad location. And to think that this was a premium suite caravan. The basic mobile homes were in a more spacious location than we are. And to think that we were in the high season in the late season you will be smoked at this place, firstly by all the bbqs that are far too close and the noise from all the neighbors around you. You will not see these photos on the Happy camp advertisement on this campsite. The caravan and the terrace were fine and spacious

This is a review about the happy camp in italy. (Camping Bella italia). Very friendly welcome on arrival. Dear helpful woman who was also honest about any air conditioning use. We had a sheet package for the parents and son included. In addition, we rented a baby bed and high chair. What a service we received then. A happy camp employee walked to the caravan with the stuff in a cart! Awesome. The happy camp employee immediately took part in a tour of the caravan. Unfortunately, when unloading the things, it turned out that the house was not completely clean. Oh well, don't moan yourself and get polished. Furthermore, everything kept up well during the week. There is still a child of 1 who also crawls around. We would actually leave on Friday morning, but after consultation we decided to leave on Thursday evening. Of course we also discussed this with happy camp employees. This was not a problem at all. Everything was packed and prepared on Thursday during the day. Brushing yourself was also part of it. No problem. The happy camp employee who went to check us out cycled 1.5 hours in advance all the time for our caravan. And always stood on a corner to see if we were ready before the agreed half past eight. While checking out, he was calling with someone via a headset. The gentleman went after the caravan (of course we knew) but he ran a finger over all the cupboards, rubber near the fridge, vegetable drawer was taken out of the fridge. Beds were raised. It turned out that there was something under the vegetable drawer. (Not ours) but that still had to be cleaned. The chairs and table from the outside were not positioned properly, had to go a little further forward and the laundry rack had to be on the other side. (Right instead of left). Furthermore, I had neatly assembled the baby bed and dismantled the high chair and laid it on the couch in the living room together with our bedding (neatly folded). Where the service was at check-in there was missed at check-out. According to sir, we had to leave everything to the happy camp ourselves. Not a problem in itself, but it seemed as if he just didn't feel like it and that was why we had to do it ourselves. When I asked him at check-in someone came along but now we have to clean it up ourselves? Then he started to laugh and said yes. When people from the caravan checked out past us (2x), the seats were piled up outside, and the laundry was inside. Happy camp employees have taken this themselves and set it well. This man was there too. And he has put things right himself. When I spoke to Mr about how clean the house had to be and how tired it was when we went in, he said: someone has come and walked with you. If it wasn't okay you should have reported that. Did not know that I had to look so good the first day. And report? Yes it had already been polished. Of course this took place while he was still calling. A pity. This check out has affected the score. The English man and woman were great!

Great personal service from 'Office Manager Nicole'. She apparently knows many campsites and has helped us well with excellent camping advice.
