Phone rings a few times and then it just hangs up! Very bad!!

Impossible to make an appointment by phone. For the first 10 minutes it seemed as if I was going to get someone on the line, then every minute I heard a disturbance followed by "thank you for your patience". After waiting for 20 minutes I was put back in the queue and I gave up.

Unreachable for days. Don't get them. Just need to request a referral. Very frustrating.

Very difficult to reach by telephone indeed. From 8:00 am to 8:29 am I was put on hold and not yet helped. Then the connection was broken. Called again, again 11 minutes on hold and still nobody answered. It's okay, I'll go by for an appointment.
