Fine doctors (especially Schmeitz, nothing but praise), but the communication between them is not good and at the reception there are staff who are rude and unhelpful, to the point where health care really suffers. Especially if you have a longer-term process with a lot of contact, that is really a problem with this practice.

Not a bad word about my doctor but the assistants are very unfriendly and that is how you are treated. They do not believe you if you come with a complaint and that is also not shelved. As if you go to the doctor for your pleasure. The phone is also said to be doubtful on the phone. Just rude.
