In the afternoon we have been a mechanic because of an annual check, when the children go to bed (9 p.m.) we hear that the boiler makes a lot of noise and we smell a gas smell, after calling (which is also said by the employee this is really not good and needs to be remedied quickly) the technician would contact us .. then the lady calls back that we should close the gas tap because the technician is no longer working, said no hot water / heating and that including a baby of 6 weeks and a toddler of 1.5 years ..?!? She couldn't do anything about it, the mechanic is working again tomorrow, by the way, couldn't tell us which pipe was the gas tap we had to close zetten
