Not customer friendly and do not keep the agreements. And with a complaint that is very justified, they do not give home and it is not properly resolved. So no more business for us with this company. Too bad because they did a good job last year. But in case of problems they do not give at home .....

After our burglary, they were there quickly, the locks were replaced and the window closed temporarily. After that it went a lot less, the locks they would order are not there yet and they could not fix the door handle that broke during the repair. After that, little action was taken to have it fixed.

I replaced glass three weeks ago, surprisingly fast. It is annoying for the staff if they break down with their aerial platform at a height of 15 meters

Connected by Achmea to this specialist and although it was very busy and the glass maker had been on the road from 9 am, I still drove to this corner to help me out. The glazier was very friendly and helpful and even advised us even though he had been on the road for 12 hours about a cat flap through the sliding door. The bill goes directly to Achmea so do not have to do anything else .. nahja may be a bit more careful with my windows in the future;). Very satisfied!
