Gementee staff occupy a huge place that they do not need (for my taxes! that i pay!) without any help to me. The first time of my life I had to face the staff of this administration body that is not interested in helping applicants. The employees have no idea that, for example, a birth certificate issued in some countries (UK for instance) only once in a lifetime, and asked me to bring another, recent one that is impossible. And they do not listen and not consult with other gementees of the big cities who is more experienced about such cases.. Their reticence and narrow-mindedness do not allow efficiently resolving issues for the adaptation of highly-skilled migrants and expats. What surprised me even more that despite the absence of people at rush hour in the building, the staff shows off like extremely busy and refuse to accept and provide assistance without an appointment. It is not helpful personnel in the Veenendaal Gementee, and I would advise other people to apply in other city halls, not using this "village'' , purely managed administration body. Not surprised it has such a low rating.

As long as Mrs. Kolfschoten hops around there in Raadhuisplein, it will remain a sinking ship. Nice metaphor for our municipality logo with a ship as a logo that sails well.
