I wasn't in a sport yet. I liked drawing, but I didn't like to go for it. In the end I decided to give it a try. And I really enjoyed that. Now I have been drawing for about three years and I really enjoy it. I have also learned many things, such as shadow and light. That comes in handy at school too. I have been drawing for two years and notice that I am still learning things. I certainly won't get rid of it! I recommend it to everyone

Review Anneke van Beek-Schouten: In recent years I have followed several courses at Wilma and learned a lot about drawing. You can set your learning goals each season and Wilma will help you to work on that. It is possible to learn a lot of different techniques because there are many materials available. If you do not know where to start, it is possible to get assignments so that you learn what you like. This is how I learned various new techniques, and general matters such as light and dark, composition. In addition, it is always fun! The feedback from the group of fellow students is helpful in your learning process. Recommended!

Since I've been taking drawing lessons at Wilma Terlouw, I have not only learned to draw and paint better, but I also learned a lot of new ways of drawing / painting. That is also fun: Wilma shows new things and everything is possible with her. Charcoal, watercolor, oil paint, pastel, graffiti ... Anyone can be creative in his own way.

From the age of 12 I started drawing and now that I am 69 I decided to take a lesson at Wilma. I had my own architectural office that time, and now that it is finished, I will be involved in portrait drawing. It was an experience for me to learn that Wilma always proposed new techniques as an assignment and that I could make my own choice by using a lot of different material. The first 8 lessons are over and I would like to start a follow-up. My bystanders are also amazed at the result already achieved. Wilma guides the students quietly and gives subtle directions. Highly recommended if you are considering starting a course with her. It is now another course period and I enjoyed it. Nevertheless, I decided to stop for a while, this is because I now know more about where I am now with making drawings. At this moment I am regularly asked if I want to make a portrait of someone. Since I stopped working, I think it's fun to respond to it. Now I make portrait drawings for a small fee in a time frame that I decide for myself. Nice feeling. Coming autumn probably again to drawing lessons.
