Very bad service. I was answered very unfriendly and the appointment was rescheduled several times, 2 times by them and 2 times by myself. Monday (2 days before the appointment) I tried to call, they were not available. On Tuesday during the break from work (at 1.30 pm) I tried to call again to reschedule the appointment (before Wed 10.30 am) due to private circumstances, I got someone on the phone and with a big smile she told me that it was no longer is possible because I have already rescheduled the appointment several times (which they have done several times themselves) and because I did not cancel within 24 hours (which I tried, but they were not available; then I had the voicemail only have to speak). So I have already paid, but I can no longer use the social deal massage of 60 min. Very bad this. In addition, I had scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago. I was on location fifteen minutes in advance, it appears that the appointment was not properly scheduled (or a week later). In your response you write that I 'threatened' with a bad review. I think this is very inappropriate. That you see this as a threat says enough. I just stated that I was going to report this because I find this way of doing business very unpleasant.

I wanted a massage at this company through Social Deal. Due to circumstances I had to cancel the appointment. Unfortunately, this company is difficult to reach by phone, so canceled by email. I don't get a call until a few days after the date. Due to my vacation it took a while before I could make a new appointment. Unfortunately, the company does not respond to my e-mail and they cannot be reached by phone. For me, service is an important point and this company certainly does not deliver that simply by being unreachable. I am not going to use this company anymore.
