Nice camp.... Wi fi doesnt work

This park gives an unsafe feeling. In addition, it is a mess. Even though there may be hard work on improvement. There is still a lot of work to be done to make it better because it cannot be because of the location

It was nice to take a break!

NEVER AGAIN !! After 3 months of renovation, we needed a week of rest. According to the reviews, De Ossenberg is a beautiful and quiet park to really relax. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. On arrival the lady at the reception was not very friendly, luckily there was a young man who was very helpful. When looking for the house, we noticed that there are many empty pitches and that there is a lot of overdue maintenance. Our house also showed many defects and was certainly not clean. The garden was one big bush, so the sheds and chalets next to and opposite us were also dilapidated. It seemed as if we had ended up in a slum. To make matters worse, there was also no WiFi and TV. Mr. from the technical department was supposed to come the next morning at 10 am, but we never saw or heard him again. After a few days we had no more water, so no shower or toilet, so we had to buy water and left all day. Only around 11 pm had water again. This occurs regularly when inquiring at regular camping guests. Only the regular guests were served on the terrace of the park, we had to get it in ourselves. To make matters worse, they also worked all week on placing a new chalet 20 meters away from us. So we were in noise all day from 7.30 am. Trucks, tractors, excavators, etc. drove back and forth all day. When we sat outside we couldn't have a conversation due to the noise of grinding, sawing, drilling and the vibrating machine for the pavement. Fortunately we had good weather and we have a positive attitude so we tried to make the best of it. But before you rest you should not go after this. We have therefore not lasted a whole week and went home earlier for our rest. After this experience we appreciate all the more what we have at home. The area is also very beautiful green, many walking and cycling routes and nice cities in the area.
