Very friendly staff, allowing us a quick viewing of the new Enyaq without appointment.
Super service
well it is a lease car of course nothing special but the service is totally minimal;
MOT + minor maintenance + pick-up and return service (within 1 km of their workshop). First call me because the address is missing ... then call that it has ended (for such a small scheduled job) and then;
car back at 5.30 - the car crooked in the parking space - not washed - trunk a mess (floor plate removed for the APK check but really nothing at all normally put back as it was) - no missing screw cap to fit a tire that has been replaced .
After the hassle I had in 2012 with a new lease Fabia (towbar mounted by Vallei AG, never made fault-free), I am sure again that I will not have my next Octavia delivered via Vallei Auto Groep and I will also avoid maintenance at this garage .
Nice, knowledgeable garage with friendly staff. As a woman you are also taken seriously here, which I think is a big plus.
Always pleasantly helped. Take me to work and when the car is ready it is also taken to work during the day. Good service!
